1. THE DROP CULTURE (Stock & Sales)

We do not do mass production. We do Drops.

​

• Scarcity is real: Having an item in your cart does not secure it. It’s only yours once the payment clears.

• Restocks: Rarely happen. Once a design is vaulted, it might never return. If you see it and love it, secure it.​

​

2. PRICING & UPI/PAYMENTS

​

• All prices are in INR (₹) and include GST. No hidden checkout fees.

• We accept UPI, Wallets, and all major Credit/Debit cards.

• If your money gets debited but the order fails, chill. The payment gateway will automatically refund it to your original source within 5-7 business days.​

3. SHIPPING THE CHAOS (Delivery)

​

• Dispatch Time: We hustle to ship standard orders within 48-72 hours. During a new Drop, give us up to 5-7 days to process the heavy volume.

• Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email the second it leaves our Goa warehouse.

4. THE "NO BS" RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Streetwear is intimate, and our drops are highly limited.

​

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns if you "changed your mind" or ordered the wrong size.

• Size Check: We have highly detailed size charts on every product page. We recommend measuring your favorite oversized tee and matching it to our chart before buying.

• Defects: If we messed up (you received a damaged piece or the wrong print), you have 48 hours from delivery to email us at connect@kaal.life with unboxing pictures. We will replace it at zero cost to you.

5. RESPECT THE ART (Intellectual Property)

KA_AL Life, our Sanskrit typography, our logos, and our "Global Non-sense Fashion" aesthetics are our blood, sweat, and legal property. Stealing our designs, reproducing our prints, or ripping off our website will lead to immediate legal action. Create your own wave.

6. GOVERNING LAW

We are proudly homegrown in Goa, India. Any legal disputes belong to the courts of Goa.
